Villa Francesca is beautiful house situated at Kalathos Heights above
Kalathos Bay and offers a beautiful outlook to the eastern Mediterranean
Sea.
The villa is beautifully furnished and exquisitely decorated with all the
“mod cons” expected of a first class retreat.
The well maintained surrounding gardens are secluded and a pleasure to sit
and relax, the infinity pool is always inviting.
We have been visiting Villa Francesca in Kalathos Rhodes for over 10 years
and regard it as our haven in which to relax and chill out.
Villa Francesca can be described in Greek as “ómorfo spíti” (beautiful
house)

We really didn’t want to leave after a week!

We had a lovely week in your beautiful villa! It was so lovely to stay in a villa so well decorated and equipped and well maintained. It is obvious that this is a much loved villa. Places like yours are very few and far between – we’ve stayed in many villas over the years and yours is by far one of my favourites. We really didn’t want to leave after a week!

I couldn’t see a visitors book anywhere in the villa – I hope we didn’t miss it! Can I leave you a review anywhere? Would love to wax lyrical about the villa!

The upstairs terrace is fabulous, ‘What a view!’

Another wonderful holiday at Villa Francesca. The villa was impeccably clean and ready for us as always. The minute we arrived we are relaxed and on holiday. The pool as always, looked beautifully clean and stayed that way all holiday – ” Big thanks to Jamie ” who also looks after the gardens. The children made good use of the pool, which is such a good size for our family games. We loved the new kitchen and dining room which all flowed. Very tastefully done.

Best villa in Rhodes by a mile

This was our 3rd time in the Kalathos region of Rhodes and we found this villa via Jamie the handyman who works for a lot of villas there (an also handy guy to know).

We viewed it the previous year and met Fran & Roland who were there at the time.

As we drove down the sweeping drive with a beautiful pink flowering hedge we couldn’t have anticipated the superb view across the sea. Being high up certainly makes this an excellent viewpoint if you enjoy watching the many boats bobbing along on the sea. I’m struggling a little to find the right words to describe the villa…. stunning, beautiful, excellent quality, superbly clean are a few. This is a very well equipped villa and felt like home from home. The pool is lovely and secluded too. All in all this villa is a little taste of paradise.

The quality was first class

We just wanted say what a wonderful place Villa Francesca was. It was by far, the best Villa we have ever stopped in, and the quality was first class.

It was very evident that you’ve spent a long time getting all the details right, and every part of the Villa was faultless. Especially the Art Work and interior designing which worked perfectly in completing the Villa. Thanks again for the great experience.

Fantastic and luxurious villa

The Villa is superbly equipped with everything you need. The views are out of the world, a quiet location but close to numerous beaches and local villages. I would definitely recommend a stay both for families and couples.

Villa Francesca provides everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday and the villa is beautiful both inside and outside. Myself and five girlfriends spent a wonderful week here and loved it, we spent our days relaxing by the pool and our evenings sampling the local restaurants – perfect!

We absolutely loved it

Wow Fran – it is amazing, we are loving the new layout upstairs off the main bedroom,very chic. The whole of the downstairs looks massive with so much natural light coming through. Well done you, you do have a good eye with attention to detail. The new extension looks hugh. What a difference.

We had a fantastic time in Rhodes. Everywhere we visited we loved, especially Lindos.

As for Villa Francesca we thought it was stunning. Everything was just perfect. We couldn’t find fault with anything. You have decorated and furnished it to such a high standard. It was just beautiful. The location was great and meant it didn’t take long to visit anywhere on the island.The kids loved the pool and the views were amazing.

We will definitely return in the future.

Just a note to let you know we had a great time in Rhodes this year.

The kitchen looks great especially the work tops and the outlook through the sliding doors in the dining room is great.

The upstairs deck will get well used in the cooler evenings, new seating is good for relaxing in the morning, thanks for the fridge.
